Pursuant to the execution of this agreement, the entity known as "Ek Naam Studios" irrevocably transfers 100% of copyright, master rights, and intellectual property of the Deliverable(s) to the Client.

Furthermore, Ek Naam Studios enters into a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), barring any public claim, portfolio placement, or verbal admittance of involvement in the creation, production, mixing, or mastering of the Deliverable(s). The Client retains the exclusive right to claim full authorship and production credit globally.
